Over time, his desire for perfection led him to study at the best culinary schools in Europe and work alongside renowned international chefs.

Pablo González’s cuisine is based on deep respect for ingredients and local traditions. His philosophy blends innovation with authenticity, creating dishes that not only surprise with their technique but also with their flavor and presentation.

In addition to his work at Cabaña Buenavista, Chef Pablo González is the visionary behind other renowned restaurants: Finca Buenavista and Terraza Buenavista.
He has also brought his expertise to Cuarentaytres in Cartagena, and since 2021, has served as a gastronomic advisor at La Finca restaurant, located in La Bobadilla, a Royal Hideaway Hotel 5-star Grand Luxury. His guidance helped the restaurant earn its first Michelin Star in the province of Granada.
Each of these establishments reflects his commitment to quality, innovation, and respect for local products. These restaurants offer unique culinary experiences, tailored to different contexts and styles, but always under the same philosophy of excellence that defines his cuisine.
